We collect the following:

  • Users of the mobile and web app: Name, sex, professional credentials, contact information (email and phone number), location.
  • Patient Information: Relevant patient details necessary for blood prescription (e.g., diagnosis, blood group, age, sex, IP No, phone number, and laboratory and clinical findings).
  • Prescription Data: Details of prescribed blood components (e.g., type and group of blood product, time and date of a transfusion, personnel who request and issue out blood products).
  • Blood inventory data of health facilities, i.e., the blood products available including their details such as barcode number.
